Mwikali

My name is Faith Mwikali Matimbii. I am seventeen years old and am in form three. I am an orphan. We are two girls in my family. My father died when we were very young. My mother died when I was in class five the year 2003. We were being taken care by our older uncle’s wife who is the only one remaining because her husband died also in the year 2001. My elder sister got married when she was in class seven because of financial problems. But I said that I can’t follow her but make sure that I study up to the end of education. After my class eight final exam I was brought to Oasis Girls’ School by my aunt the year 2007. The institution then sponsored and admitted me. The school is good in academics and I am studying hard to achieve my goal of becoming a medical doctor. Am thankful for the sponsorship because if I did not get it, I don’t know where I would be.
