Here is an invitation we sent out of an idea to raise money to send supplies to Haiti:
Sunday, March 14, 2010
1:00pm - 6:00pm
Northwood Community Park ("Castle Park")
4531 Bryan Avenue
Irvine, CA
Joyful, Josiah, Jamie, and Dave all are having birthdays!!!
Please no gifts!! But rather a $20 donation for Help The Children (check out www.helpthechildren.org) Your $20 includes a wristband which will get you a t-shirt, food, birthday cake, and live music. We will have baked goods and crafts for sale where all proceeds and donations go toward Help The Children.
Help The Children has a warehouse, packed with pallets of medical supplies, food, drinks, and tents, waiting to be shipped to Haiti. Finances are keeping the pallets in the warehouse because of shipping prices. $4,000 will ship $350,000 worth of supplies. Our goal is to raise enough money to ship as many pallets as possible.
We are a team of 12 runners that have committed to running an 180- mile relay race from Santa Barbara to Dana Point on April 23-24, 2010. (Check out www.ragnarrelay.com for more details). We decided to not only run this race for fun, but for a cause. Our dream is to raise money for Haiti, and this party/benefit concert is one of the ways we plan on doing just that! For more information on our team, check out our blog at: http://www.twelvedisciplerunners.blogspot.com/
We can’t do this alone and the people in these disaster areas need us. Please come out to celebrate and get together with us. Feel free to pass on this invite to anyone and everyone you know that would like to come and be a part of the fun with us. There is a huge park, soccer fields and various grass areas to play around in.
If you know anyone who would like to sell crafts/goods at the benefit concert that day, please
email cortney3@gmail.com

We would like to thank Bob for going out of his way to help. Today, Bob called us and let us know that we had a spelling error on our home page. This blew us away. We would like to thank him for his attention to detail and for taking the time to serve.
Our family picked up three boxes. Our eleven year old daughter offered to pay for the food instead of buying a game for her Nintendo DS. We decorating our boxes with messages of hope and colorful pictures. Thank you Help the Children and Discovery Church for your commitment.
Hello
I am Serge Gahungu from Burundi (one of the most world's poorest countries), east Africa, and I am Coordinator of HOPE worldwide Burundi, a local association. Now we are running a small project to help Orphans (we have many of them due to a 10 year civil war, to HIV/AIDS and poverty). Most of the children cannot continue their studies due to hunger and there are some places to retain them in school, some organisations are providing food at school. Young girls have sanitary pads problems and they miss classes many days every month.
I am requesting if you could be of any help with regard to the problems our children face.
if any additional clarification is needed i am more than willing and available to provide it.
I think this is a great mission and will help many people and evaluate their current Christian status as well. Many of us who are Christians definitely need to review and re evaluate their status because most people are forgetting their status as one. This activity will help Christians but other religions as well as they review there spiritual needs. On the other hand, 2010 is here, and we need to raise our ideas and we need to get ready of the coming challenges that are to come. On the other hand, don’t you know that in schools?Teachers are looking for something for students to do to help them break in the New Year lull might look into a New Year's resolution worksheet for their students.Granted, New Year's resolutions don't always work out for adults, never mind for kids, but it may not be a bad idea, and since there are likely a billion templates on the web,no cash now is needed to buy a workbook with one in it.Any time of year is good to get students to think about self-improvement,and how to set goals and realize them, but New Year's seems like a perfect time to get them thinking about it.
I am a single mom and I have nothing to give my children for christmas this year not even a tree. One is 3 boy wears a size 4 . Girl 9 birthday is 12-30 also she wears size 10 and girl 15 wwears a size 3 or 5 . I dont even have food for a dinner on christmas day.
Helping children does take focus and dedication. Please click on the contact tab and fill out the form. We will reply with some practical ways that you can make a difference in the lives of children.
This news cast is so uplifting. It tells the stories about the people and their lives being changed by Help The Children. I think that it is so great to see how Help The Children is still going strong in such a tough economical climate.
It is so encouraging to also see that Help the Children has more than 1 strategic location to get people food. The Santa Clarita food bank is awesome in offering people food twice a week. Wow! Way to go Help the Children..
THanks so much to everyone involved in keeping Help the Children and what they do alive!!
Thank you for your comment. Please send us information about your organization and send us your NGO information. We would also need some stories and pictures about your programs. And finally, please send us references of who you are currently working with in the United States.

Choosing dissertation service and just some thesis writing, I can not watch a kind of superb dissertation international like this post.
Your theme is best selling! Thence scholars not have to write the custom essay or just custom research paper by their own, they would get your help.
