Local Food Distribution

CNI is now serving more than 75 churches and food pantries with fresh produce, cereal, nutritional bars, rice, beans, salads, and an assortment of non- perishable foods. For he month of August we rdistributed more than 520,000 pounds of food to our local agencies.

We constantly hear that if CNI wasnt here to give us food free of charge, our food pantry would be completely empty.

With our constant growth we are continually looking for new food sources. If you or someone you know works inthe foood industrym we would greatlly appreciate the opportunity to share with you what we are doing and what our needs are.

One of the new projects that CNI has been working on is job training. We believe it is much more imporaant to teach a person to fish than to continually provide him wih food. Thus we have started a new program to teach on how to work and function in a warehouse setting. We are now training and working with Raymond Sanchez. He currently resides at the Salvation Army bell facility. Raymond's duties include loading andunloading trucks, sorting, inventories, driving thre forklift, a nd assisting with the food distribution. Raymond has been a TREMENDOUS blessing to us at CNI and we thank God for him.

our goal is to train approximately 6 individuals per month for 6 months. We believe with the experience that they will recieve working inour warehousse, it wil give them the experience they need to go into the warehouse industry and to make a better living for themselves and their families. Please keep this program in your prayers.

Native American Outreach In Window Rock Arizona with Operation Blessing

We believe the only way we know to help our Navajo friends in a lasting way is to put them in touch with the God who is the source of love and everlasting life. We consider working with Operation Blessing and Lotshaw Helping Hands a tremendous honor. Many tha tcae to this outreach accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Many families received or care boxes filled with all kinds of food items and an inspirational tract. Mnay thanks for all those who helped package these boxes for the Native Americans. We could not have done it without you.

Continued Overseas outreaach

CnI continues to provid e relief overseas. Recently, we sent food and medical supplies to Mexico City, Honduras, Cuba, Bosnia, and Zambia. Thousands of children and their families recieved our supplies.

Praise Report

CNI now has a new 20' freezer and a new 20' refrigerator for our local food distribution program. Many have prayed for this and by God's grace a very good friend of CNI paid for these units completely. To God be the Glory!

We would also like to thank Brek Snyder from A+ Painting for painting the inside of our warehouse. It really looks great. Thanks Brek.

Please remember to keep CNI in your prayers. We are so blessed to have friends like you and thank him daily for His love. We made it through the summer and are looking forward to our Thanksgiving and Christmas programs.

If you can volunteer, please come and help make a difference.

sincerly,
